Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay the full amount as displayed at checkout. Payments must be made using the accepted methods, which include credit and debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed with LUNO Creative Studio will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore using trusted courier partners, including DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju, and J&T Express.

Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing and dispatch. While we strive to fulfill all orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you and may issue a refund in the form of store credits for the product value if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order details, including product selection, shipping address, or payment method.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines are estimates and agree not to hold LUNO Creative Studio liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by delivery delays or courier errors.

However, we reserve the right to manage disputes internally and request that customers refrain from making public statements that may harm our brand without first attempting resolution with our team.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective. Customers must contact us at lunoco7304@gmail.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return or refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases, wear and tear, or dissatisfaction with natural stone patterns.

Warranty and Product Guarantee

We offer a two-year no-fade guarantee for all items except those that are gold-plated. In addition, all purchases are covered under a three-month warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. These warranties do not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification. Claims must be supported with photographs and proof of purchase, and submitted via email to our customer support team.

Our website may contain links to or rely on services provided by third parties, including payment providers and logistics companies. While we work only with reputable partners, we do not take responsibility for any failure, loss, or damage caused by such third parties. Disputes regarding deliveries, payments, or technical failures originating from a third-party platform must be addressed with the respective service provider.

All intellectual property on this site, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, designs, logos, and brand assets, belongs exclusively to LUNO Creative Studio.
